Become a Steward

Stewards represent their work sites and vote in the Executive Council. Any department or non-departmental work site that has union members will elect its own steward(s). Stewards are voted by regular members in their respective worksites. Steward nominations are accepted toward the end of Winter Term and at the Spring General Membership Meeting. However, if your work site does not have a steward, nominations will be accepted until filled. If you are willing to fill a vacant steward position for your department, please contact GTFF organizer David Cecil for more information.
